Hi, I’m Rich (far left) and this is my sales and repair team. I
started this business eight years ago as a hobby. It has since turned
into a full-time job for all of us.
After becoming a technical member of the National Marine Propeller
Association, and attending many repair seminars, we have become one of
the best shops in the field.
My wife, Linda, is the one who keeps everyone on their toes and does
the bookwork.
To her left is our oldest son, Chris. He has a journeyman’s degree in
machining and is one of our boat mechanics.
To his left is our master mechanic of MerCruiser outdrives, Harlan.
To his left is the heart and soul of the whole team, my dad, Dani.
Last but not least is my granddaughter, Sam. She keeps everyone
hopping!
